Tea Dance Collection…

Hi everyone it’s me back again to share what I’ve made with the gorgeous new Tea Dance Collection designed by Steph Davies…36 sheets of beautiful soft shabby chic papers in an 8″x8″ Paper Pad…beautiful die cut flowers, bunting and message bands…right up my street, perfect for creating a wall hanger
the papers are beautiful enough to stand alone but as I was going to be covering them up with lots of bits and pieces…I stamped the Printers Block Alphabets and some sentiments to create a little bit of interest around the edges..then it was time to have some fun adding an Embossed Frame coloured with Iced Spruce Distress Ink and lightly highlighted with Brushed Corduroy and a bit of Tea Dance Bunting
layering up the beautiful Tea Dance Flowers and giving the Candi a light flittering of glitter…
The minute I saw these gorgeous flowers on one of the papers in the Paper Pad I had a bit of a “must add them to a Birdcage card” moment…
a little bit of fussy cutting and layering to create a 3D effect…
and with the addition of a Sentiment Banner, a little bit of lace and ribbon…some upside down Candi decorated with pearls and voila…a French Shabby Chic Oo…La..La card.
If you’ve already got your Tea Dance Collection goodies, you’ll know how beautiful they are and we would love to see what you’ve made with them…e-mail your creations to the lovely Tina at sparklygirltina@gmail.com and she’ll be happy to feature them on the blog for you…if not you could always pop over and treat yourself to the Tea Dance Project of the Month Kit you won’t believe how much you get in this kit for £15.00 and a free Mannequin Pad too.
Do you know that Craftwork Cards is now on Pinterest???  Click here to have a look.  You will find plenty of inspiration from all of the Design Team and also there is a Focus on You board too.
That’s me for now…have a great weekend whatever you’ve got planned…fingers crossed for some warm sunshine…Happy Crafting until next time.
Hugs Kath xxx

Love them both! Might have to get an Ice Spuce ink pad as it works so well with Tea Dance xx
