It feels a little strange being here on a Tuesday, a nice strange though to be sharing some of my creations with our lovely blog followers – yes that’s all of you! I felt like a little Tea Dance today as I fancied using some kraft cards, I think they are a wonderful ‘marriage’, the soft duck egg blue, gentle peach and creamy beige/toffee shades are perfect with kraft and fab with butterscotch and cookie dough Candi – yummy!
I love simplicity in cards and projects and not having lots of time today that’s where we are at. Tea Dance flowers are a favourite and don’t need much else to make beautiful cards. Also, today I’ve used the large sentiment – practically on it’s own – it’s stunning and with a little back ground layering and a hint of stickles a very simple card can be put together in no time. I’ve also included a little note book with a candy bloom and a ‘deconstructed’ bow from the Vintage Chic bow pad, again very simple.
The great thing is that these creations can be replicated so easily with any of Craftwork Cards wonderful collections, especially Time Flies in either colour way. Just gets me thinking that I haven’t used the sorbet version with kraft yet…….. Oh well that will have to be for another day! Still on the iPad so photos all in a row or I will still be here tomorrow trying to fit everything with the text, I don’t think it was made for blogging, lol!
I’ll be back on Friday with Candi, if anyone has any Candi makes I would love to feature, my email is firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to send pics of your non-Candi creations to the lovely Tina – email@example.com. Remember we love your comments too ………
See you all on Friday, keep happy, smiling and crafting
